Program Areas.
Education
Participants will be assigned to teach English or an academic subject, in primary and secondary schools, orphanages, or other special learning environments.
Participants may also become involved in secondary projects outside the classroom, such as working with youth groups and sport clubs and assisting with health and environmental awareness projects, adult literacy programs, libraries and resource centers, and other community related projects.
Education volunteers have majors or degrees in education, social work, sports and recreation, or other related majors and/or experience working as summer or after school camp counselors, teachers, youth sport coaches, or other youth related experience.
