Are you a mid- or post-career professional in between jobs or careers? Or, perhaps you wish to reinvent your career path? Or, maybe you are working or retired and seek an alternative, short-term meaningful international experience? Then look no further than an Isla GAP Service Trip!
We use the term "gap" internship not as an actual period of time, but as an opportunity for mid- and post-career professionals to fill a gap of time. We offer short-term experiences in global development for you to share your knowledge, possibly even gain new knowledge towards a new career, or simply to have a meaningful time off work for as little as 1-3 weeks and up to 9+ weeks. The Isla GAP-year program seeks working professionals with specific skills and experiences to work on targeted projects with our local partner organizations and social enterprises.
