Project Immersion Internships Intern with one of Isla's partner organizations. Our internships provide the opportunity to work side-by-side with one of our grassroots partners while receiving ongoing support from our staff in our field office. Our local partner organizations have identified specific needs, and are looking for a person with the right combination of interest and expertise to work with them to address their organizational challenges. What will I be doing day to day?Each day is different, but you will be well-guided by your statement of work which is created by your partner organization. You will develop a specific work plan with your organization which will guide you throughout your internship!

One day you may be organizing or facilitating a training while another day you might be implementing a survey to local households.
