In Kosovo, a thriving innovation hub is empowering young professionals through entrepreneurship, skill development, and technology transfer. Through core programs focused on workforce readiness, business incubation, and innovation commercialization, interns support training initiatives, startup acceleration, and research-to-market strategies.
You'll work closely with students, entrepreneurs, and professionals on a range of impactful projects—assisting with program development, business planning, proposal writing, and project implementation. From IT and business analysis to strategic communications and project evaluation, interns contribute to the country’s growing entrepreneurial and digital landscape. In Spain, a bustling entrepreneurial and tech environment offers fertile ground for creative business minds. As a hub for innovation, Spain hosts a vibrant mix of startups, digital marketing agencies, and social enterprises eager to scale impactful ideas. Interns in Spain take on roles in business development, digital strategy, market research, and operations.
You’ll contribute to real-world projects—analyzing data, improving customer experiences, supporting product development, and participating in growth strategies. With guidance from seasoned professionals and exposure to cross-cultural collaboration, you’ll build a solid foundation in modern entrepreneurship while exploring Spain’s dynamic business climate.
In India, grassroots entrepreneurship is a powerful driver of economic progress, job creation, and innovation. Startups and venture capital initiatives are flourishing, with organizations dedicated to supporting business ecosystems through mentorship, networking, and access to resources.
As an intern, you'll support business strategy, advocacy, deal sourcing, and investment analysis, while contributing to the larger mission of empowering entrepreneurs and building a culture of innovation. You'll gain valuable experience working alongside local professionals and community stakeholders—developing business insights in a diverse and rapidly growing market.
Across all three countries, these internships allow you to actively participate in the building blocks of entrepreneurship—technology, strategy, innovation, and impact. Whether you're helping launch startups, conducting business analysis, supporting IT solutions, or working on economic empowerment initiatives, you’ll gain professional skills, international experience, and a deeper understanding of how entrepreneurship drives meaningful change.

Depending on the Intern’s skill set and interest, the Intern will be assigned to one or more of the following projects associated with venture capitals and startups:

Requirements
Isla seeks interns who are passionate about entrepreneurship, innovation, and youth empowerment, eager to support startup development, business incubation, and technology transfer.
Skills & Abilities include:

University undergraduate or graduate students, and young professionals with backgrounds in business, business marketing, business management, data analytics, finance, accounting entrepreneurship, economics, IT, technology management, or related fields.

Strong interest in startup development, innovation, and skills training for youth employment.

Ability to work independently and take initiative in both research and program implementation, contributing to business incubation and technology transfer efforts.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to learning and collaboration.

Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, understanding the challenges of entrepreneurship and business development.

Willingness to engage in research, proposal writing, training programs, and strategic communications to support the organization’s mission.
