Special Education

Intern with a registered non-profit organization that dedicates its efforts to supporting a wide range of marginalized social groups, with a primary focus on migrant workers, unorganized sector laborers, persons with disabilities, and prison inmates. This compassionate organization addresses key societal issues, including health, livelihood, food security, education, enhancing living conditions, and facilitating access to essential public services.

One of the organization's key strengths lies in its proactive engagement with local, state, and national government authorities to advocate for policy reforms and changes that promote inclusive development within marginalized communities.

As an intern, your role may encompass a variety of tasks tailored to your profile, including:

  1. Special Education: You may be involved in preparing lesson plans, organizing activities and games, directly interacting with beneficiaries, conducting sessions, and evaluating the development and progress of students receiving special education.

  2. Psychology: Your responsibilities may revolve around providing counseling and case management for beneficiaries, offering support to the main psychologist, and contributing to the well-being of those you serve.

  3. Physiotherapy: If your expertise lies in physiotherapy, you might find yourself planning activities that support the physical development of beneficiaries, closely monitoring their progress, and assessing their ongoing needs.

Additionally, there are opportunities for research tasks within each of these profiles, allowing you to apply your relevant skills to enhance the organization's programs and further its mission of supporting marginalized communities.

Interning with this impactful non-profit organization provides you with a unique chance to make a real difference in the lives of those who often face societal challenges. Your contributions can have a profound impact on their health, well-being, and access to essential services, ultimately contributing to a more inclusive and equitable society.
