Program Overview

Intern at an international kindergarten fully licensed by the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology, and Innovation in Kosovo.

As Europe’s youngest country, Kosovo faces significant barriers in advancing their education systems. With challenges such as outdated materials, limited facilities, insufficient public funds, and high dropout rates, there's a pressing need for innovative learning and student-centered approaches, particularly in early childhood education.

This organization is dedicated to supporting educators and educational institutions by providing them with training, mentorship and an increased access to resources and support. The curriculum emphasizes STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) fields and integrates Montessori methodologies to engage children and nurture a natural love for learning.

As an intern, you will collaborate closely with experienced Montessori teachers and staff, participating in various classroom activities and educational initiatives outside of the classroom.

Your contributions will play a significant role in promoting education and supporting local youth.
