Greece
As the birthplace of democracy, philosophy, and the Olympic Games, Greece offers interns a powerful setting to explore global issues through both historical and modern lenses. Its deep intellectual legacy continues to influence contemporary thought, governance, and civic life, creating a meaningful context for academic and professional growth.
Today, Greece is also a hub for social innovation, education, sustainable development, tourism, and nonprofit work, offering interns the opportunity to engage with organizations addressing real-world challenges while contributing to impactful, community-focused initiatives.
The country’s balance of tradition and progress makes it an ideal environment for hands-on learning and cross-cultural exchange.
Placements are based in Thessaloniki, a lively coastal city known for its youthful energy, walkable neighborhoods, and rich cultural scene. Here, ancient landmarks exist alongside contemporary art spaces, start-ups, and grassroots organizations, providing interns with a dynamic, welcoming setting to live, learn, and grow both personally and professionally.
