Intern with a non-profit organization located in Jaipur that is dedicated to uplifting the lives of underprivileged women and children residing in government-run destitute homes and the marginalized communities of Jaipur and its surrounding villages. 

This organization is driven by a mission to provide comprehensive support, which includes counseling, vocational training, educational activities, creative pursuits, recreational programs, and other essential services to empower these individuals.

In addition to these critical services, the organization actively engages in empowering these communities by offering training programs on various subjects, such as leadership, life skills, the Panchayat system, health, gender, self-defense, teacher's training, and more.

As an intern, your responsibilities may encompass the following:

1. Social Work and Social Development: Collaborate with the women empowerment and education project teams to identify the unique needs of the beneficiaries. Your role will involve addressing these needs and facilitating positive changes. You'll directly interact with girls, women, and children from different projects, aiming to conduct workshops, activities, and seminars that promote their well-being.

2. Research, Evaluation, and Assessment: Engage in research-related tasks that support the organization's reporting requirements. Your research activities will not only help in improving the quality of projects but will also contribute to the development of proposals aimed at securing essential resources.
