Intern with a non-profit organization in Rukungiri, Uganda, focusing on youth empowerment in areas like gender equality, social justice, environmental conservation, and climate change. The organization engages in community development and supports various initiatives.

Key Focus Areas:

1. Advocacy and Community Mobilization:

• Engage the community on youth human rights, gender equality, and social justice.

• Empower youth for economic independence.

2. Youth Leadership Development:

• Mentor youth for leadership roles.

• Provide life skills training, behavioral change campaigns, internships, and edutainment.

3. Conservation and Environmental Protection:

• Raise awareness about smart agriculture, renewable energy, conservation, and tree planting.

4. Sexual and Reproductive Health Services:

• Enhance youth's understanding of reproductive health, gender equality, and violence prevention.

5. Business Development and Social Innovation:

• Equip young people with entrepreneurial and business skills.
